2. Click on Weblog Administration and then Weblog Management

3. Click on Create New Weblog

4. Fill in both the Full Name, such as Local News, and Short Name, such as local_news (always one word) and click on Submit

5. Although other options are available for the sake of keeping this description brief and simple for sites that are new to EE, you now can move on to creating content that appears in the weblog.
