Court Order Declaring ABC Ad Regulations Unconstitutional (June 19, 2008)

On June 19, 2008, U.S. Magistrate Judge M. Hannah Lauck issued a permanent injunction against the enforcement of two state Alcohol Beverage Control regulations pertaining to alcohol-related advertisements in newspapers, declaring the regulations unconstitutional.
