Regulations for Alcohol Advertising in Newspapers, Magazines and Other Media NOTE: On June 19, 2008, a federal judge declared these regulations unconstitutional. The state attorney general's office is appealing that ruling. Unless a higher court reverses the decision, the regulations remain unconstitutional. Newspapers and other media should be free to use the terms previously prohibited.
