In the Call for Entries, it says early entry deadline for electronic entries is Dec. 22. Does that mean I have to have the actual paper entries in your hands on that date, or can I bring those a day or two later?

As long as I have your electronic database file by Dec. 22 at 3 p.m., it’s okay if the physical entries arrive on the 23rd in order to qualify for the early bird discount.  However, please be aware that the VPA office is closed Dec. 24 and 25.
