        <p>This is your last chance to send JPEGS for the Ad Awards Banquet presentation April 24. Send your JPEGS to Stephanie McCraw at stephaniem at vpa dot net by Thursday, April 1, in order for them to be included in the banquet presentation. Images received after this deadline will not be included in the presentation.</p>

<p>First-place winners should send a JPEG headshot (at least 100 dpi) of winning entrant(s) and a JPEG of the winning ad. </p>

<p>Second- and third-place winners should send a JPEG headshot (at least 100 dpi) of the winning entrant(s) only. </p>

<p>For the winning ad, please note advertiser and date that the ad ran in newspaper as the name of the JPEG (for example,&nbsp; Advertiser_5-30-2008.jpg ). </p>

<p>For the winning entrant’s head shot, please note the first and last names as the name of the JPEG (for example, John_Smith.jpg). </p>

<p>If you are sending the JPEGs as e-mail attachments, please limit the size of each e-mail to 5MB or less. I</p>

<p>Winning entrants who are not attending the banquet need not send the JPEGs, but they need to let VPA know if they are not attending.</p>

        <p><span style="color:red;">Upon further consideration, specialty publications should not enter category #17 Slick Publications since the P1 division is composed of slick and newsprint publications.&nbsp; Specialty pubs that want to enter a special section should enter it under category #18 Special Sections - even if it&#8217;s on slick paper - unless it is a Holiday/Special Occasion special section, in which case it would go under category #8.&nbsp; We&#8217;ll make the change in the rules next year.&nbsp; Any specialty entries we receive under #17 will be moved to #18.&nbsp; We apologize for this oversight.</span>
